Registration Desk

The registration desk is located on the 1st floor of Pacifico Yokohama North. Please collect your name badge and materials ahead of participating in the ACD 2022. Please have your QR code ready for check-in that will be displayed on My Page in the registration form.

Poster Session

Poster sessions will be held by using an interactive virtual event platform.
No poster will be displayed at the onsite venue.
Congress participants can view the posters above on the virtual platform.

Both poster presenters and congress participants are required to bring their own device (laptop, tablet or smartphone, etc.) that can connect to the free WiFi at the congress venue.
Laptop or tablet is recommended because “Discussion Area (Video Call)” is not available for smartphone.
Please note that NO device rental service will be prepared.

Exhibition

The exhibition is held in the exhibition hall D on the 1st floor of Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall. Not only the exhibition but other special events are planned so please check the details on “Events in Exhibition Hall” pages.

Breaks and Lunch

As a measure against COVID-19, we do not provide coffee for breaks, but instead bottled drink will be distributed in the exhibition hall. You need a voucher printed on the name tag sheet to get the drinks. Up to 3 bottles can be provided per person. In addition, lunch is not provided at the venue, so please have lunch at a restaurant or shop near the venue.

Congress Name Tag and Printed QR Code

All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their name tags during the entire period of the ACD 2022 and its events.
In addition, as a trial service at the ACD 2022, a few exhibitors will be able to scan the QR code printed on participants’ name tag to receive their personal information after the congress and contact them later. Therefore, exhibitors may request to scan your QR code printed on the name tag in the exhibition area. If you agree to this, your personal information including name, affiliation, and email address will be provided to the exhibitor after the conference. If you agree to the scan, you agree to this disclosure of your personal information.

Internet Access

The venue Pacifico Yokohama has free Wireless Internet Access at all meeting rooms. It can be accessed by connecting to the following SSID.

Business Service

Kinko's PACIFICO Yokohama PRINT CENTER (Business Center) is located on the 2nd floor of the exhibition hall, and services such as copy, printout and scanning are available from 9:00 to 18:00. All services are charged. Also there is a self-service corner on the 2nd floor of North.

Measures against COVID-19

All delegates and exhibitors are requested to wear a mask during the entire period of the ACD 2022 and its events. If you do not have or wear it, you can get a new one at the registration desk. In the venue you are encouraged to observe social distancing that we recommend about 1.5m. Please use regularly the hand sanitizers located throughout the venue.

Taking Photos for Recording

By the act of attending the ACD 2022, you agree that the Organizing Committee shall acquire the right to use photograph, video recording, and/or audio recording in reporting on the congress in their publications or website, in publicity for future conferences, or in other reasonable manners for the benefit of the Association(s).

Word of Caution and Liability

All participants and exhibitors are advised to take their valuables with them during the congress to avoid any potential theft. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any losses incurred. Also the committee will not be liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered participants of the ACD 2022. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Yokohama Mobile Yoga

Outline

Participants will enjoy yoga amidst background music and visuals inspired by the port of Yokohama.
Even if you have never practiced yoga before, feel free to join us.
Let's move your body and refresh your mind with yoga that you can do while sitting on a chair!

Biography)

October 16, 1978 (Born in Kanagawa, Japan)
Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts in 2005.
Studied in Australia for about a year from 2012.
Obtained Cambridge Examination FCE in April 2013,
From 2013, she lived in Singapore for 2 years and started teaching YOGA in English while working.
Started teaching yoga in Japan in 2019.
November 2019 - 7 classes per week at Studio My Luggage and Premium Yoga Flat operated by BEL-CIELO Co.

Tea Ceremony Experience

Outline

Japanese tea(maccha) is served at the mobile tearoom built using the traditional technique of Miyadaiku, Shrine Architects.
Take a tea break and refresh between sessions!
